URA cuts number of units allowed to be built in condos, private flats


Starting from early 2019, home buyers outside the central area can expect larger unit sizes as URA cuts the maximum number of units allowed in the condominium development. This is likely to favour buyers as developers are force to build bigger unit sizes and likely to decrease average selling price (per square foot) to remain affordable to the mass market.
